Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery

Yoga and studio mats: 2-5 business days. Walking pads and weight benches: 3-7 business days. Treadmills and power cages: 3-10 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather or high order volume.

Large and heavy items

Large items are delivered by the carrier to your door or curbside and may arrive in more than one package. Please inspect packages at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Contact us immediately if you need to change it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package has not arrived, contact us at bluecrestglobal202@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
